Start a deep frying pan on medium high heat.
Cut the chicken into medium squares.
Cut the peppers into a small squares.
Add a table spoon of vegetable oil to the frying pan.
Add chicken, peppers and the water from the pepper's jar into the frying pan.
When chicken is fully cooked add both jars of alfredo sauce, let it come to a boil then add it to the pasta and serve.
If desired, add some garlic bread or five cheese bread.
NEW SUMMER DRINK OBSESSION!!! (and yes, its alcohol free)
| STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI (NO ALCOHOL) |
Master Of Mixes Strawberry Daiquiri/Margarita Mixer.
It is $1.88 or $2.83, still it is cheap. All you need is a blender, ice, water and the mixer. Put as much as desired, for two people I put in as much ice as 5 cups. How much ice you put in put half water and half mixer into a blender and blend. If it looks a little pink add more mixer and enjoy. Should look like a slushie but its not one.
My sister told me about how some of her friends in college did this. I bought the stuff and did it, it is very good. Cheap and delicious, I have made so far 9 or so cups worth and I have now a quarter of the bottle left.

Pools and Accidents
So this afternoon, we spent most the afternoon in the pool. Found thirty cents on the steps of the pool. =) Came back, threw a skirt on over my bathing suit and drove to Pizza Hut to get supper with my stepdad. We get back, eat supper and go on the porch to witness an empty motorcycle hit a parked vehicle. We saw the driver walk over to the picnic table to ask who car that was that he hit, and his friend ran upstairs with a case of beer. I called the cops, due to the fact no one else was, there was dent in the car and the driver was limping. The driver was drunk and almost did a hit and run. Well the cops came and did a bunch of tests, including a breathalizer. Ten or so minutes past by the dispatcher called me and asked me to go downstairs. I came down and talked to the police and when they were through with me, my family and I went back to the pool. At the pool we met some of the other residents. A couple of them we thought we older, my sister and I thought were gorgeous, were actually 15. Jaw dropper moment, haha....JAILBAIT!!!! No, we are not trying to get with them, thats gross!!!! But later on around 10:15pm the police called me again, making sure that I was spoken to since I was the one who called. It was awkward, and I think the neighbors that know the guy are mad at me, and I do not really care since my parents see the same guy almost every morning come from their apartment building drunk and not walking straight.
People from Mass are down from Mass this week. One has already called my brother and I to get together. I can't wait. I miss them. I hope he brings his oldest son E with him. But this is all I have...not much going on but....eh who knows in the next couple of months, school starts in the middle of August =)

6/25/2011
So last night me and my sister stayed up all last night. I have taken naps every once and a while and my sister, well she is still up, I think. We both couldn't sleep, hopefully tonight I do. I found a silverfish bug on my bed, while I was on it catching up to The Voice. Which my mom told me, I should try out for it.....maybe I will. It might mean I miss out on school for a while but....idk I really want to try out.I should go to bed soon but I will finish this last episode of The Voice first. But first, I need to finish my laundry.....eh!
6/17 - 6/22/2011
This weekend we had my stepdad's son come up from Texas. We haven't seen him since our parents got married. That was six years ago. He is 14 years old now. He used to be a trouble maker and he is under-developed but overall he is an awesome kid. I really can't wait to have him over again. Ya, it was hard to get used to him because I have had met him once but once the awkward stage was over, everything was fine. I do need to get used to things he does that annoys but it is all part of life. He is the best little brother I could ask for. There is some talk that he might stay for a couple weeks, hopefully that happens =)
Job Hunting
So after we got our room settled we went job hunting. Unfortunately this post will be extremely short because everywhere we looked and applied....they want experience or they are not hiring....=( So sad Missouri......people need to quit their jobs or get fired haha just kidding but it would be nice to have a job.

The Move Down
May 27, 2011 -The day before we moved-
Lunch with my grandfather. It was hard because May 25 was 7 months since my grandma (his wife) passed away. Saying goodbye he started crying, then my mom did and then of course, I did. When we left we got the moving truck from Penske. Once we got the truck back to the old apartment we started moving stuff in. We got some surprise visitors to say goodbye, well mainly everyone but me. Everyone I needed to say goodbye was either back home from school or too far at the time to visit. We stopped around 11pm and we still had a lot of stuff to move in.
May 28, 2011 -Moving day-
We got up early to finish packing the truck with our stuff. We had Mike's best friend help us most the time and around 1pm we were finally done. My brother, sister and I headed on the road. My stepdad and mom had to load our friend's stuff in and drop her off in Pa and then head to our first stop. We stayed in New York at my aunt's (mom's sister) for a couple nights. It was nice, my two little cousins stayed with me in the camper the two nights. They love camping but with my uncle's recent surgery, they can't for awhile so I treated them.
May 30, 2011 -Head to PA for an hour visit then Missouri Bound-
Monday, we head out, following my parents this time, to Lucinda, Pa to visit with my grandma ( my real dad's mom). We stayed for about an hour and got some goodies for the trip. Luckly we left when we did. We had to travel through Ohio, which was nice except....well let me show you first:
Tornado, we basically circled. This was about 7 or 8pm at night. A couple hours later for about an hour or two we traveled through the worst thunderstorm I have ever seen. Let's just that night became day every so often. We didn't stop to sleep until we were in Missouri, or like an hour away from it. We slept for about 15 mins at a rest area, I couldn't find one of the cats and with the windows down a bit, I thought he ran away. He didn't he was hiding pretty well. Well my sister asks my mom how long have we been sleeping and my mom says, joking around, about an hour. My sister replies, wow it feels like I have been sleeping for three hours. So we continued driving, stopped at a diner for breakfast and then kept going to Springfield. We past by the St.. Louis Arch:
Beautiful right.....I stole this off google images because the photos we took were really bad, thanks to driving.
Oh I forgot to mention that in before stopping at the previous rest stop my sister ran over this tire that was in the middle of the road. My sister's natural instinct was to stop luckly the driver behind saw what happened and stop in time, due to the fact he was a tractor. Unfortunately, when looking back there was five truckers heading towards us at once. My sister pulled over and the truckers and other vehicles past us safely. Our vehicle was fine and we continued.
After passing the Arch, it was three hours to home.....Home =) can I say it again? HOME =) I love it.
This is the outside from our apartment but they all look the same.
This right outside our apartment.
So we made it, obviously....we spent the next two days packing and next two weeks unpacking. More to come about the next few weeks after unpaking and coming up to date with everything. =)
